Obavijest o privatnosti i zaštiti podataka za sudionike Distriktne konferencije
Naše temeljno načelo je poštivanje privatnosti i zaštite osobnih podataka kao ljudskih prava.
Mi u Rotary International Distriktu 1913 imamo dužnost brinuti za osobe čije smo podatke prikupili i pohranili. Osobni podaci su odgovornost, i moraju se prikupljati i obrađivati samo kada je apsolutno neophodno.
Obvezujemo se pridržavati i provoditi mjere zaštite privatnosti sudionika Distriktne konferencije i svih pojedinaca čiji se osobni podaci prikupljaju i obrađuju te pohranjuju, bez obzira na na njihovu
nacionalnost ili boravište.
Rotary International Distrikt 1913, Praška 2, 10000 Zagreb, kao voditelj obrade prikuplja osobne podatke sudionika Distriktne konferencije, gostiju, obitelji sudionika, uzvanika, sudionika Rotary
International programa, sukladno valjanom legitimnom interesu u skladu s pravilima i procedurama utvrđenima od strane Rotary Internationala i Rotary International Distrikta 1913, u svrhe osiguranja
smještaja i sudjelovanja na Distriktnoj konferenciji, i po potrebi ih prosljeđuje organizatorima smještaja ili događanja s kojima prethodno osigurava primjerene razine zaštite osobnih podataka i sklapa ugovore o zaštiti podataka s vanjskim izvršiteljima obrada.
Podaci prikupljeni i obrađivani u ove svrhe se odmah po završetku Distriktne konferencije trajno brišu najkasnije 30 dana nakon događanja, uz izuzeće podataka neophodnih za računovodstvene svrhe i opravdanje troškova smještaja i organizacije događanja, sukladno obvezama iz važećih propisa.
Svaki sudionik Distriktne konferencije, dostavom pisanog zahtjeva na službenu adresu Distrikta ima pravo zatražiti:
• PRISTUP svim osobnim podacima koje je Distrikt prikupio,
• ISPRAVLJANJE osobnih podataka koje Distrikt ima,
• BRISANJE osobnih podataka koje je Distrikt prikupio,
• OGRANIČAVANJE obrade osobnih podataka od strane Distrikta,
• PRIGOVOR na obradu osobnih podataka od strane Distrikta, ili
• ZAHTJEV za osobnim podacima u svrhu prijenosa trećoj strani.
Distrikt će na zahtjev odgovoriti u roku od najviše mjesec dana od primitka zahtjeva.

Privacy Notice for the District Conference participants
Our fundamental principle is respect for privacy and the protection of personal data as human rights.
We at Rotary International District 1913 have a duty to care for people whose data we have collected
and stored. Personal data is the responsibility, and must be collected and processed only when
absolutely necessary.
We undertake to abide by and implement the privacy measures of the District Conference
participants and all individuals whose personal data are collected, processed and stored, regardless
of their nationality or place of residence.
Rotary International District 1913, Praška 2, Zagreb, Croatia, as the Data Processor collects personal
data of the District Conference participants, guests, family of participants, participants of the Rotary
International Program, in accordance with a valid legitimate interest and the rules and procedures
established by Rotary International and Rotary International District 1913, for the purpose of
securing accommodation and participating in the District Conference, and provides them to
organizers of accommodation and the event, with which it pre-assures appropriate levels of
protection of personal data and concludes data protection contracts.
The data collected and processed for these purposes will be permanently deleted at the latest 30
days after the event, with the exception of data necessary for accounting purposes and justification
of the costs of accommodation and organization of events in accordance with the obligations of the
applicable regulations.
Each participant, by sending a written request to the District official address, has the right to request:
• ACCESS to all personal information collected by the District,
• UPDATE of the personal information the District has,
• DELETING personal data collected by the District,
• LIMITATION of personal data processing by the District,
• OBJECT the Processing of Personal Data by the District, or
• COLLECTION of personal data for the transfer to the third party.
The District will respond to the request within a month from the receipt of the request.
